7. Prepayment and Balance Payment
To confirm a booking, the customer usually pays 15% to 20% of the rental price in advance. The exact prepayment amount may depend on the selected vehicle, rental company, dates, location, and booking conditions.
The remaining balance is usually paid directly to the rental company at the time of vehicle pickup or delivery, unless different payment conditions are stated in the booking offer or voucher.
Depending on the rental company, the remaining balance may be payable by cash, debit card, credit card, or another accepted payment method. Payment options must be confirmed before booking.
8. No Deposit Car Rental
RosCar Spain may offer car rental options without a deposit through selected rental partners. This means that the rental company may not block or charge a security deposit at the time of pickup.

If the customer wants to change the rental dates, location, vehicle category, driver details, or additional options, the customer should contact RosCar Spain as soon as possible.
Changes are subject to availability and rental company approval. Additional charges may apply.
21. Limitation of Responsibility
RosCar Spain acts as an intermediary between the customer and rental companies. We are responsible for helping process booking requests and providing booking support, but the rental company is responsible for providing the vehicle and fulfilling the rental agreement.
RosCar Spain is not responsible for losses, delays, extra costs, or disputes caused by incorrect customer information, failure to meet driver requirements, late arrival, missing documents, traffic fines, vehicle misuse, force majeure events, or decisions made by the rental company according to its own conditions.
22. Website Use
The customer agrees to use the RosCar Spain website only for lawful purposes. It is prohibited to misuse the website, submit false information, interfere with website security, copy website content without permission, or use the website in a way that may damage RosCar Spain or other users.
